Governor of Perm Region, Reshetnikov M.G. visited Berezniki mechanical works
13.09.2018On September 13, 2018, the governor of the Perm region, Maxim Reshetnikov, visited JSC Berezniki Mechanical Plant during his business trip.
The business visit program started with the presentation of the company.
General Director of JSC BMZ Nikolaev Konstantin presented new products and future development plans of the company. Upon the presentation, a plant tour was organized.
The Head of the region got acquainted with production and acknowledged the investment project for production modernization.
JSC BMZ has new machines that has no analogues in the world. Investments of MCC EuroChem brought BMZ to higher level.
Out-of-date machines were almost replaced by new turning, boring, milling and CNC machining centers to process large work pieces and operate with higher efficiency and performance.
Drobjev Dmitriy– 5th grade operator of CNC machines, mechanical workshop: “I am an operator of CNC machines. Modernization of the plant is well under way; new CNC machines are installed. Everything is interesting: new equipment, tools and new parts. The quality and production volumes, as well as processing speed are increased, meanwhile the labor contribution had significantly decreased. Such work requires technical education and understanding of CNC programming. Moreover, training at working place, testing and certification are also necessary. Each shift starts with task that I receive with relevant drawings and technological process. Then I program the machine to process work pieces. In accordance to technological process I prepare tools – cutters and drills, set up the machine and launch it. Work gives me a sense of self-confidence.”
All kinds of software for production, technological and design departments are installed. Today, investment project targets the modernization of the BMZ company.
