Telescopic stacker
Telescopic stacker (conveyor) is designed to transport waste and other rock mass with size of lumps not more than 300 mm to stockpile (max 15°) from potash plants in macroclimate regions in accordance with standard GOST 15150-69.
Belt width of telescopic stackers (conveyors) is 1200mm. Stacker consists of console-bridge truss based on two caterpillar trucks and a rear support, load conveyor mounted on console-bridge truss, portable conveyor mounted on guides suitable to travel alongside the truss, and control cabin.
Telescopic stacker evenly transports the rock mass to the pile by radial truss rotation coinciding with the vertical axis of hopper, and periodic telescopic extension of the portable conveyor working across the entire truss cross section.
