Quick-disconnect conveyors

Quick-disconnect conveyors are available with belt width 800mm. Conveyors can be installed both as separate haulage unit and as a part of automated conveyor line.
Conveyor design enables safety sensors installation interlocked with safety guards of drive and tension stations to avoid start-up of the conveyors when safety guards are removed.
Conveyor belt has a chute shape due to side rollers inclination at the upper three-roller idlers of the conveyor. The pulling capacity of the belt is transferred via driven pulley (-s) received from drive unit (-s). The belt is tensioned with the tensioning device. The main advantage of this conveyor type is the possibility to assemble and disassemble the conveyor sections with limited tool kit
