Portable belt conveyors
Portable belt conveyor is a continuous conveying system to transport and transfer solid wastes to extensible stacker and to portable belt conveyor located on surface complex of mining and processing enterprises (outdoors) in macroclimate regions in accordance with standard GOST 15150-69.
Portable belt conveyors are available with belt width 1200 and 1400 mm. Conveyors can be installed both as separate haulage unit and as a part of automated conveyor line.
Conveyor design enables safety sensors installation interlocked with safety guards of drive and tension stations to avoid start-up of the conveyors when safety guards are removed.
Conveyor belt has a chute shape due to side rollers inclination at the upper three-roller idlers of the conveyor. The pulling capacity of the belt is transferred via driven pulley (-s) received from drive unit (-s). The belt is tensioned with the tensioning device.
