Blank preparation workshop
Preparation workshop is the first step in the BMZ production line followed by other manufacturing stages as per technological scheme. Metal cutting, laser cutting, sawing, gas and plasma cutting are performed in this workshop using the following equipment:
- CNC portal oxygen plasma complexes TERMIT to cut large scope of shaped elements and details of different size and number (bearing covers, pipe shells, brackets etc.) with width 1-200 mm;
- laser complex LS-3 to cut shaped elements and details with size 0.5-8mm;
- industrial metal shears 1 to 16mm (guards, break-elongated sheets)
- band saw machines for bundle cutting: sections (channels, H-beams and bends), pipes and bars (16 to 500mm);
- combined shears to cut single section, bar or bend.
Mechanical workshop
Workshop is equipped with following processing machines:
- lathe GORATU GHT 9 G4: detail dia. 6 to 1500mm, detail length 10 to 8000mm
- processing centers with distance between centers 500 to 8000mm, height 500 to 3000mm and width 500 to 2000mm
- milling machine FTU 2000 and 5-axis milling machine GRATA
- drilling machines
- grooving machines (splines)
- planning machines
- tooth-cutting machines
- boring machine TOS VARNSDORF WHN(Q) 13CNC.
Boiler and welding workshop
Steel works and customized equipment are manufactured and assembled in boiler and welding workshop. Workshop is equipped with modern hi-tech machines made by leading Russian and foreign manufacturers:
- 4-roll bending machine ROCCIA HR4W
- drilling machine MBSE100 1800 вт d12-1
- complex for gas-shielded welding and submerged-arc welding
- robotic cell for semi-automatic welding Fanuc
- welding wire OrigoTig 3000 i AC/DC TA 24 argon-arc welding
- welding wire Aristo 4004 with feeder, manual semi-automatic welding
Forging and thermal workshop
Workshop is made for bending, pressing and section punching (channel, metal sheet or bend), heat-treating and production of anchor supports of 2 types (screw-type anchoring and post support anchors).
Workshop is equipped as following:
- hydraulic presses; pneumatic presses 100t,250t and 500t
- hammer
- heat-treating furnace
Corrosion protection workshop
Corrosion protection workshop is the end stage in the BMZ production line. Corrosion protection process is as below:
- blasting for further coating and/or painting
- layered coating/cover up to 6000 microns
- product packing
- preparation for product shipment
Composite materials workshop
- extended services
- wide range of operating temperatures
- increase costs for repair and maintenance
- increase costs fir transport and assembly
- stainlessness and appealing appearance
- high dielectric properties
- composites are much lighter than steel works
