JSC «Berezniki mechanical works»

BMZ is the largest manufacturer of equipment for mining, mineral processing and chemical industries.

BMZ is company with full production cycle.

From 2015 JSC BMZ is the part of the EuroChem Group. Over the past several years efforts geared towards the development of JSC Berezniki mechanical works have contributed to considerably new quality level, increase of company revenue rate 3 times and implementation of the modernization program. JSC MCC EuroChem invested more than 500 mln. Rub in BMZ development. The main consumers of BMZ products are EuroChem companies, SUEK, Uralkali, Akron, FosAgro, NorNickel, Alrosa, Polus Zoloto and other large Russian enterprises.

BMZ has welding procedure certificate for mechanized and manual argon-arc welding specified for groups and process equipment as per requirements РД 03-615-03.

Certified welding technologies ensure high quality of weld during different types of NDT inspections and at various production stages.

Berezniki machinery and repair plant was founded on 13th of January 1975.

1975 – 1977	plant construction
15.03.1977	commissioning of Berezniki machinery and repair plant
1979	miners production release
1980	development of repair and service maintenance technology of centrifuges «Humboldt»

1980 – 1981	start of production of centrifugal pumps, technology transfer to Dnepropetrovsk
1981 – 1982	installation and assembly of equipment for GMOP (Granular Muriate of Potash) on processing plant BKPRU-3
1985	installation and assembly of equipment for 5^th section of floatation plant SKRU-2
1985 – 1986	equipment delivery and commissioning on SKRU-3
1987 – 1989	installation and assembly of equipment on the chemical plant and steam workshop BKPRU-4

29.04.2003 - Berezniki mechanical works (BMZ) was found on bases of Berezniki machinery and repair plant

2004	production of scraper conveyors
2008	commissioning of the final assembly workshop
2014	portable telescopic stripper (ПЛТ-1400) was developed and produced

05.06.2015 – EuroChem Group acquired 100% stake in the BMZ

2016	portable belt conveyor (КЛП 1200.00.000) was produced
2016	application of technology of corrosion protection with the use of highly effective materials Carboline
2015 – 2018	set up the mine and floatation factory with conveyor equipment, tanks and vessels on Usolskiy potash mine, EuroChem-VolgaKaliy, JSC BMZ modernization
